kcmdisplay monitor resolution failed

I use SuSE 10.2, KDE 3.5.5

my monitor (sax2)
resolution 3200 x 2400
21.1 " - 4/3 - X-pivot 429 mm, Y-pivot 322 mm,
rate: horizontally 30 - 95 kHz, vertical 50 - 160 Hz

refresh 50 - 160 with KDE without make
the system cracy/mad, written in kcmdisplay
