KDE 4 themes dont work

Hello everybody

this is the second time ive sent this, coz for some reason the last one was deleted along with my account ?( for some unknown reason

i have a little problem with the themes in KDE4. the default theme is oxygen, right? well the default theme i got isnt oxygen and it isnt even listed in the window decoration list. if i try to change the window theme to oxygen nothing happens. i'll post a screenshot of what i mean.

does anybody know why this might be and how i can solve it??

any replies are much appreciated :D
