KAddressBook Import Contacts Using Custom Fields

Is is possible to import a .csv file and map fields to custom fields in KAB? I have successfully created the custom fields, but when I use the import wizard, the dropdown field mapping only allows me to choose default fields in KAB. Am I missing something? Is there a template I can build (as in Palm Desktop) to do the mapping for me? Thanks to anyone who can help.

It is not possible yet as far as I know, but this wish report may be of interest.
