KDE-Forum.org

Hi, I was wondering why this forum isn't on a more simpler place like: forum.kde.org or forum.kde.com Is this forum not the "official" kde forum? Or what? I know that Kde is community based and I'm not at all trying to badmouth this forum Just wanted to know why, I guess
