Now better - new features soon

Guest posting:
It's now better when guests are not allowed to post! More members and more posts now! That's great.

New features soon:
At the moment I am thinking about two new mods:
1) New field in profile where the KDE version stands.
2) affero Board mod
I will upgrade to phpBB 2.0.4 and install the newest smartor portal hack that will bring us new features!

Cool, but what's an affero Board mod? I'm looking forward to the new portal.

Affero

Here's a URL - http://www.affero.com/ca/kde - to a quick overview on the Affero website.

The affero phpbb mod is a patch that enables members to associate their post with the members affero webpage. The affero webpage gives a thankfull recipient of help a quick way to donate to the members chosen org(s), and/or give the member a persistant rating history that spans communities. Here's a smartmob blog URL that talks briefly about affero's reputation system: http://www.smartmobs.com/archives/000618.html

I guess I dropped the ball on this a bit you guys. We have been so busy upgrading the software and working on a few big projects I just let it slip. I don't know if you still interested in working with us but I thought I would contact you to see.

Here is the location for the latest MOD for phpbb

If your interested in talking more let me know

Seb,

If you were "talking" to me I do take offense. We are not a cheap scam.

If you need further proof check out a few sites that are using us.

http://www.linuxquestions.org
http://www.helponthe.net
http://www.overnet.com

Depending on the donation size we take 1$ or 6% of the donation. 3% goes to credit card fees. The other to us. We are not far off from paypal and they don't do any of the back end things we do. They are also much, much, much bigger so they can negotiate with the banks. Infact I think they are a bank...anyway I value your opinion but....

More to the point what is the splash screen option? I have heard people talking about it a few time now but I still don't know what it is.
