LCD Panel goes black randomly on KDE 3.3

Hi to everybody,I've a little problem with my laptop LCD screen:sometimes it goes black without a reason,and when I touch the mouse or the keyboard it return normal.It seems a randomly action.I'm using KDE 3.3.1 on Fedora Core 3 with kernel 2.6.10 and Xorg.How can I resolve this problem!tnx

Is the screen actually going into powersaving mode, or is it being painted in black pixels?

Have you timed it to see if this "blackout" happens at the same time, every time?

Sounds like either a screensaver setting or a power saving setting of the laptop itself.
