Saving/restoring icon position

Hi!,
I seldom use krandtray applet to change screen resolution when I play. The only annoying thing I perceive is that when I restore my old resolution, the former icon position is lost. I have only six icons on the desktop, and I think it's more annoying for people do have many.
Any way to save/restore their position?
