kappfinder in kde 3.3

I found it in
/opt/kde3/share/applnk/System/kappfinder.desktop

It has only statements:

[Desktop Entry]
Encoding=UTF-8
Hidden=true

How to run it ?

Getting error:
Using console:
# /opt/kde3/share/applnk/System/kappfinder.desktop
bash: /opt/kde3/share/applnk/System/kappfinder.desktop: Permission denied

Run from Konqueror:
The desktop entry file /opt/kde3/share/applnk/System/kappfinder.desktop has no Type=... entry.

In 3.2 it's part of kdebase3-extra. Probably the same in 3.3. If installed, run as any other program - from the konsole or as a right click 'command'.
