1 problem, 1 question...

First is the question. When I edit Kmenu, I organize it as I want it to appear with my panel button but it doesn't. It organizes it alphabetically. Is there a way to not have it arranged this way?

Next is the problem. When I open an image from Konqueror (I use gqview) and close it, I get an alert popup. The titlebar reads "Sorry - Konqueror" and the error message reads KDEInit could not launch 'gqview'. This only happens when I open the image through Konq. If I open gqview and browse to the image, this does not happen. What's worse, is when I hit OK on the popup, it opens gqview again (opens the image i originally opened). Sometimes it'll even do it again but it usually only happens twice.

Any ideas?
