can't adjust date/time

Hey... I switched from RH9 to Slackware 9.1 a couple weeks ago, and then last week upgraded to KDE 3.2.2. It's a little nicer than 3.1 but I'm having some troubles.
One is I can't adjust the date or time. When I try I get
"The diagnostics is:
Possible reasons:
An error occurred during your last KDE upgrade leaving an orphaned control module
You have old third party modules lying around.
Check these points carefully and try to remove the module mentioned in the error message. If this fails, consider contacting your distributor or packager."

When I try to run kcmshell clock from konsole I get:
"$ kcmshell clock
kcmshell: WARNING: Module Toys/xlock/clock.kdelnk doesn't specify a library!"

What's going on here, and how can I fix it?
