Shade And Window Behavior (newbe)

I just upgraded to mandrake 10, and in mandrake 9 i would double click the task bar and the window would shade, then i would have to double click the task bar to open the window (this is what im looking for), in 10 i have shade turn on i double click to shade the window but i dont have to double click the taskbar to open the shade i just have to run my mouse over the task bar for the window to unshade, and when my mouse cursor is off the window it shade agian, so my ? is can i have the window Behavior act like 9 where, i have to double click the task bar to shade and unshade.
