KDE menu problem

Hi all,

I use KDE 3.1.3 and mandrake 9.2. It worked very good, but after a new boot the next problem appeared: when I move my mouse the start-menu moves too. I can't unlock it.. The only thing I can do is use the keyboard to start programs.

I tried to use another mouse, but no change. Is there a way to reset kde or something like that? Maybe upgrade? I use 3.1.3 and mandrake 9.2

Solved it like this.
Booted again with failsafe. Then switched to root , started kde and rebooted again.

Don't like rebooting, has windows feel..
