problem with file qtrc

problem with file qtrc

hi

i use use 9.0 and kde 3.2
if i don't put   /usr/bin first in the library path of qtconfig,   qtdesigner
don't run....

i put it first, save it (that save in the file home/.qt/qtrc) ..... qtdesigner run well...


but when i reboot i need to do it another time...

why each time i reboot the machine this file change?
how to resolve that?
