kde3.2 apps freezing!!

i experience strange freezes of most apps
(kwrite, konqueror, kmail) after trying to perform
arbitrary actions (like mail send/contact seeking in kaddressbook etc.)
Some apps also freeze at startup.
Freeze takes about 3-5 minutes, then all goes back to life.

I was had similar problem when I updated KDE 3.1.4 to KDE 3.2 using stable source code.

I was deleted in my home:

.kde
.kderc

and then all run perfect

Still the same problems.:cry:

imho somth going wrong with kdeinit...
