Dynamic launch of USB camera

Hello--
I was trying to get KDE to dynamically launch digikam rather than flphoto (Mandrake's default) and inadvertantly erased the launcher files in /etc/dynamic. What is the easiest way to get them back and any help with the digikam launch would also be appreciated.
