no power off

I have a dualboot pc with winxp/Suse8.2 KDE Rel.3.1.1. When i do a shutdown under linux it automatically reboots instead op power off. I also tried it in a shell with init 0, same result. Under winxp everything works fine.

Yes. I also tried poweroff -p and shutdown -h.
It keeps rebooting.
I think its a bios problem but in winxp it works.
