Where are the eyeball-popping icon sets for KDE?

Where are the eyeball-popping icon sets for KDE? All I see are icons that either look they have 16 colours and originated in Windows 3.1, or they're all cartoony and should be on a Children's cartoon (Nuvola) etc. Where are the high quality icons that would make a graphic designer cry tears of joy or make a Mac OSX user jealous?

Yeah this is a flame, so bring on the onslaught! :)

I'm kidding, I'm just looking for the best icon sets. I haven't found one I like yet.

Have you tried FlatSVG? By far the best iconset that I've ever found.
