customizing toolbars question.

Hey,
I'm trying to customize my KDE some more, but I'm not sure how to acheive a few certain styles I'd like.

http://www.kde-look.org/content/preview.php?preview=1&id=17536&file1=17536-1.jpg&file2=&file3=&name=Dark+beauty

If you look at that picture as an example, it has the the toolbar designed really nicely
Or if you look at this one; http://www.lynucs.org/index.php?screen_id=7891934104026df020bd09&p=screen
how it has the clock seperated from the main icons
I know this is incredibly vague, I apologize, I'm just hoping maybe someone will catch what I'm talking about and be able to help.
Is there a program to achieve that?

Also, the CPU monitor on the first link, what is it she uses??
But anyhow, I want to be able to really customize the look and feel of my toolbars.

Read the description for the screenshot on http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=17536.

Basically, it's multiple things (not by default with kde) that you can get from kde-look

Cheers,
