tv out kwin problems (no borders, no fullscreen video)

Hello there, its me again with my tv-out :)
Don't realy what have happend, but yesterday i started to notice that apps that i start on the tv doesnt get any window borders, and kaffeine/mplayer wont do fullscreen.. :/

anyone that have seen anything like this before?
i think it is realy wierd :S
Perhaps the problem is kwin?
