Get rid of that annoying dotted line rectangle...

Heya.
I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how to stop that
little highlighting rectangle from appearing around desktop
icon text. I feel like the problem is linked to the style, but I cannot
find any options or other styles to download that speak of this.
I've searched the forums but can't find any info.

It usually only appear if the background is active.
(switch to a window and it should disappear ...)
