restore the k menu entries deleted with kmenuedit

i have deleted all the kde menu voices using kmenuedit. how can i restore the old values ?

The entries are actually not deleted but the editor created files which tell KMenu not to display them.

Depending on your KDE version in .kde/share/applnk (KDE3.1) or, I think, .config/applications (KDE3.2)
