Window deco in kde3.2
Were is gone syste++ window deco from KDE3.2?
Can I return it some way?
There was some problem with system window decoration and kde3.2. But i think it has been fixed in cvs and will be part of kde 3.2.1. But if u are desperate to get it u can check out cvs module kdeartwork, build and install it.

I've got it on my 3.2 system! I built my KDE from source, so perhaps your distro removed it for some reason?
