Styles have no effect on application

Hi. I use prokyon3, a QT based mysql-frontend for a mp3 collection - a very good piece of software.

Unfortunately a style change in KDE doesn't have an effect on prokyon3 any more (it used to have in the past). I don't know the reason. I recently upgraded to qt 3.2.2, but it worked with earlier versions and a developer told me that it works for him with qt 3.2.3.

Does anyone have a clue where to start? I tried version 0.91 and the 0.92 of Prokyon3. Both used to work in the past, but now don't. Of course I tried different themes an I re-emerged prokyon3 (= recompiled in the Gentoo way).

- Gentoo Linux
- KDE 3.1.4

Does prokyon uses that Qt 3.2.1 or does it uses an old Qt?

You could select the style with qtconfig too probably. If it is not there, you perhaps need to add the path for the KDE style plugins.

Thank you. That was exactly the solution. But I wonder why I never had to do this in the past...
