I'm a noob and I need Virtual Desktop Help!!!

Ok so basically I just want to know how can put different icons on your differnet desktops but not have them show up and all the desktops. Eg. I have 4 virtual desktops I place a Mozilla icon on the 1st desktop, it also shows up on the other 3. I don't want that to happen. I want to set up each desktop for deiffent program themes. If anyone could help me that would be great thank you very much. By the way please asume I know nothing at all :0)

I'm not sure that's possible. All I know is that you can do that for windows (set them to be on specific desktop or all.)
"Chopsticks require a person to use 64 muscles and 30 articulate movements simultaneously, which also acts in developing brain potential."

You can have different wallpapers on each of your virtual desktops but (I'm pretty sure) not different icons; desktops are for organizing and space-enhancing. They're not like separate user accounts.

That would be a cool addon though. However I can just IMAGINE the bug reports of trying to implement something like that :(. Although it would look cool ;)
