Icons problem

Hello

I recently tried to install the MacOS X-like icon set (taken from kdelook.org) on my KDE3.1 (Mandrake 9.1) system. It went well, until I tried to switch to another icon size; now, I get no more icons in usual display, only the file names, after scrolling a long time to the right of the Konqueror window !
I have to choose "file list" view to get icons back !

I set the mouse to "double-click" to open any file or window: this only works from the Desktop, but no more in a Konqueror window with "file list" display, where I have simple mouse click.

Nothing changed as I put back the default icon set.

What do you think :?:

ADD: I created a new "test" user on my system ; well, everything's fine for "him" ...

So I guess I should look in some configuration file, but: which one :?:

seb >> Yes I did (see the end of my first post), but the problem remains.

Actually, it appears when, with a new installed icon set, I try to change to another icon size using the ZOOM+ or ZOOM- button in the tool bar :( .
