kde toolbar

I can't get the kde toolbar to show the clock, the desktop buttons, or running program buttons. Usually I can grab the end and drag it over, but this time it won't let me. How can I get these to show up?

What exactly do you mean?
If you want to relocate applets on kicker (kde panel), just juse Shift key + left mouse button.

I think you want to add stuff to the panel?

Right click on the panel -> "Add" -> "Applet" -> "Clock"

After right clicking you might have to select "Panel Menu" depending on where exactly you click.
