transparent konsole in gnome-or-wmaker-or-waimea

transparent konsole in gnome-or-wmaker-or-waimea

hi,

is there a way to have a transparent konsole when not running kde? i tried it in gnome, windowmaker, waimea, and it doesn't work.

everything works in the konsole, but when i select transparent mode i got a black or gray background.

i think there's no way to have this... Sawfish partly supports transparent konsole, but it has some redraws problem too
