i've been looking at the screenshots for KDE 3.1

what decoration/theme do i have to use to get this look?
it just looks so nice
i've been trying to look for it on kdelook.org
but i just cant seem to find it.

you should get that theme when you install kde3.1 by default. but the window decoration is called "keramik" and the theme/style is also called "keramik". the icon theme is the world famous 'crystal' by everaldo.
