[Kopete] Configuring Charset // german umlauts

Hi,

- where can i configure the charset in kopete?
- where can i activate auto-reconnect on 24-hour-disconnect?

im using gnome and a dsl-router

my default charset is utf-8 but i cannot find any entry for changing the charset in Kopete
