[Kopete] MKD10.1Comm / K 0.84 - ICQ not visible to others

Hi

Have installed Kopete 0.8.4 on top of a previous KDE install using MDK 10.1 Community release. Am using KDE 3.2.2. Will install MKD 10.1 final soon.

The ICQ site shows me as offline yet I have set "web-aware" (set it on and off then on again JIC) as one of my options.
Am not (knowingly) "invisible", unless Kopete is doing it unawares. I have set myself "Online" and it shows as "Online".
Other ICQ users appear to see me as invisible as well.

BTW I can see other ICQ users at the moment. It does not seem to be a problem.

Any ideas or work-arounds (other than installing KDE 3.3) would be appreciated.

Thanks

Andy
