Konsole / Terminal with Scalable font

I'm trying to get Konsole (Or any alternative ansi/xterm KDE emulator) to work with a scalable font, ie I want to maintain 80x25 characters, and scale the font when I drag the windo frame... Konsole dosent seem to support this (or I cant see how) - Any suggestions of how to achive this, or alternative emulators that may support it?
