kopete: jabber conference
Hi, i want to join a conference room on conference.jabber.org.
Joining seems to work, but there starts the problems:
1. the channel appears as a offline buddy
2. no conference room buddy are showed, but they are there
3. i can read the chat, but every message appears as buddy "channelname@conference.jabber.org"
4. i cannot talk (Error: could not send msg (translated from german error msg))
I don't really know:
Is the conferencing part already useable or ist this still experimental? Perhaps one year ago i read somewhere that the group chat is still in developmet. Is it so?
It's still experimental. In fact, it's been disabled in CVS pending further work and the implementation of true jabber multi-user chat.
