java script to java communication in konqueror

Hi ,

I am trying to call a function of java applet in java script on konqueror 3.0.0.12 ,applet is running but function is not called(bcoz it is not returning anything) .

However this script is working on netscape6.1 and IE6(both on windows).

I have tried mayscript and scriptable=true options in applet tag.

So how to enable java to java script communication in konqueror.

I think LiveConnect was not available in 3.0 yet, but introduced in 3.1
