How to specify a proxy in Kopete 0.8

I'm using Kopete for MSN but I don't see how to specify a proxy. I went through every configuration pannels in Kopete and I can't find it...

In Gaim you can specify this so I expected to do the same with Kopete.

While Gaim is a gtk/gnome app that is designed to be standalone, thus needing its own proxy settings, kopete is a native qt/kde app and thus will use the proxy defined in the kde settings. To set a proxy to be used system wide by kde, open the kde control center and select Internet & Network from the bar on the left, then select proxy.

I am behind a firewall and I have some ports forwarded.
With licq (ICQ client I used before kopete) I tell the client to use ports from 30100 to 30199 to allow other people access directly me. Is it possible to have this feature with kopete?

Thanks,
Pietro
