Konqueror lisa daemon not running error

It seems that no matter how I configure lisa, whenever I try to browse the LAN from konqueror, it generates a "The lisa daemon does not appear to be running error". This is even after repeated reconfigurations with stopping and starting the lisa daemon manually.

I've configured lisa to ping three separate networks and trust my computer. I've told it to try pinging twice.

What am I doing wrong?

Try setting lisa up through the kde control center, in the Internet & Network section under Local Network Browsing. There will be a lisa daemon tab and from there you can configure everything so that konqueror should be able to make use of it.
