netmeetingplugin in kopete

Hi guys,
i was wandering how do i compile the netmeetingplugin for kopete? I'm runnig Debian and i build the 0.8rc1 from source (as package of course) but without some plugins e.g. netmeetingplugin.
I build it with "make" in its own directory, so no problem there.
I would appreciate any hints.
