Konqueror and Hotmail

Yes, i now, hotmail is evil because it is from Microsoft, but i think some JavaScript or something is not working on Hotmails webpage because i don't get the option to send and attachment with the message in Konqueror (3.1), i do get it with Mozilla (1.3).

I am the only one having this problem?

Should i report it as a bug on bugs.kde.org?
