KWord - Foreing Language Suport

Is there any means to change the default language to a foreing language when we need??

I normally use Portuguese-Br but, everyday I need to use English-Us. How can I switch the languages when I need.

For me it's been a pain. Several times a day I have to shutdown linux and reboot to use Microsoft Word under Windows Xp in order to use the foreing language suport.

How can I fix this??
Thanks a lot.

As far as I know, you can do that by setting the shell variable LC_ALL to the appropriate locale before starting the application.

Example:
LC_ALL=en_US kword
(to be executed in a shell)

I think that only works with more recent versions of KDE, though.
