No autocopy option in KWrite & Kate

Hi,

I found the "mouse autocopy" option in the documentation and I would really like to deactivate it, but it doesn't show up in the config dialog. Section "Selection" only contains the "Persistent selections" and "Overwrite selected text" options, nothing else.

Can I set this option in a (which?) config file? ~/.kde/share/config/kwriterc dosn't contain these settings.

I'm using KWrite 4.1, KDE 3.1.1.

Thanks a lot in advance.

Right click on Klipper (clipoard icon in the system tray area)

configure Klipper (Klipper einrichten)

Change to the option to keep selection and clipboard separate
In German this is "Inhalt von Zwischenablage und aktueller Auswahl separat halten"
