(!) and green letters on shortcuts

Hello !
I'm on mandrake 10.1 with nvidia drivers installed.
I had no problems to compile KDE with konstruct.
But now all shortcuts have problems :
instead of Utilities in the Kmenu, i've got
( & )( & )(!)(!)Utilities
with green square around first letters.

I tried as said on a previous post to change appearance on QtConfig but it didn't solve anything.

Help me ! Help me pleeeeaaase !

There's more than one possible reason for the symptoms you're seeing.
