How can I restore the association icon to the FOLDERS?

How can I restore the association icon to the FOLDERS?
I lost it cause my error... (i try to change an icon to a root folder and so i lost the old association...)
i tried to see into control center but i didn't find the folder association icon...

anyone can help me?

You're going to have to provide some more information. It's hard to tell exactly what you're talking about from so little. My questions are below:

This FOLDERS icon, was it on your desktop? In some other folder? In an application (Konqueror, maybe)?

By "association iccn to the FOLDERS" do you mean a symbolic link? A symbolic link can be created by selecting "Link Here" when dragging an item into a folder.
