convert audio data into mp3-format

Hello from Cologne,
I need your help please.
I've installed KDE 3.3 last week
But now I am missing following:

Where can I change the bitrate - settings for convert audio-cd to mp3 - data?
for example in 320 bit
In KDE 3.2 i found it, but in the new KDE I miss it
