Command Line image capture.

Hello,

I am interested in find out if there is application for Linux that can capture Frame shots from webcam (logitek quickcam). I have a GUI based applications that works but I wanted a command line based one that can capture a frame and save it as a file of around 200 x 200 pixels.
With that file I will script a process that will capture a frame every 5 second upload it to a webserver using java to auto display the image on a webpage.
Well that is the plan, all I need is the command line app to do that! Anyone know if any please let me know!

Using Suse 8.2 where the WebCam is plugged in!
