autoplay file in konqueror

In konqueror when the mouse is over a playable file (wav,mpg,etc) on my old kde version kde start to play the file and stop when mouse is over.
Now I've change my linux and kde system (debian and kde3.1.1) this fonction desappear and if everybody can tell me how to restore it ?

hum not working for me?

When I do this only the sounds starts not the movie. I can hear the sound of the movie but no picture.
Any thoughts? :oops:

That's just the way it works. It would be kind of pointless to see the movie playing in the size of that small thumbnail.

either that or you are playing a video for which you dont have the extension/ codec support for.

I have all codec when I click on the file the movie starts but not when I move my mouse over the icon. Then only sound is started.
