KMix Volume Controll not the controlling sound slider

Ok, I have an intel mb with integrated sound... I can controll the sound volume, but not with the default 'volume' slider.. Only the pcm & pcm2 sliders seem to ontroll the sound volme.. Anyone know why this is???

have you sorted it out? What distro are you running? Does our sound actualy works? :?: :?: :?:

I would still be interested in a solution if anyone has found one. I am using KDE 3.3.2 and KMix 2.2.
