Multihead

I am having a problem with KDE on my dual-head system. I have two seperate X screens defined (one on my monitor and one on a TV), and both are working properly. However, when I start KDE, it starts an instance on both screens. I would prefer to have KDE run on my primary display, and something like TWM on the secondary display. At the moment, I have to start KDE, kill the second instance, and then start another windowmanager on the second display. Is there some way that I can tell KDE to only start on display 0?
