Installing scrennsaver on Mandrake 10.1

I am trying to install scrennsaver "firesaver3D-0.3" on Mandrake 10.1, but gets a error message
[code:1]configure: error:
in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!
I have tried several prefix, but it do not work.
Help me![/code:1]

You are probably missing a development package that contains those header files. I think the following thread is related: http://www.kde-forum.org/viewtopic.php?t=3815
