Keyboard Configuration

Hi,
I have a problem with my keyboard configuration. I tried the different keyboard layouts for germany but none of them have got the @ on CTRL+ALT+Q. So at the moment i can only write an @ by copying it from somewhere. Is it possible to change the keybindings somewhere?
I'd be glad if one of you could help me.

Well, at least on my German keyboard the "@" is on AltGr-Q,
not on Ctrl-Alt-Q ;-)
