keyboard shortcut with multi-head, not xinerama

I am running kde on an ordinary fedora installation with an IA-32 processor. The problem I have is that the keyboard shortcuts that I have configured only works on the primary display not on the secondary. I am able to use the standard keyboard shortcuts when focus is one the secondary display
