Konqueror does not start

When clicking on the konqueror Home Icon (command: kfmclient openProfile filemanagement) I get the following errormessage:

ERROR: Couldn't start konqueror from konqueror.desktop:
KDEInit konnte "kfmexec" nicht starten.
(KDEInit could not start "kfmexec")

what is the problem ?
